A few months ago, Beyonce bragged about how she is frugal. Then the next day, she went out and spent $11k at a boutique in NYC.
According to tmz.com, Mrs. Frugal is now flippin the script and making her fans pay anywhere from $250-$1000 just to hear her lip synch in Las Vegas.
Note to Beyonce:
You are not Mariah Carey.
